<br />
Ontell, who has been Librarian in the LRC for over 16 years, was featured on Jeopardy on April 14, and came in third place, missing second by only $2 and the title of Jeopardy champion by an unfortunate memory lapse during a daily double question in the first round.

Advocates supporting that mankind is "dooming" the earth with our toxic output of carbon-dioxide and those that tend to believe that global warming is merely a cycle that earth has gone through before all have a very common denominator.

I am writing to you in response to your article in the latest issue of the Mesa Press, dated April 29, 2008. I am shocked and appalled that an article of this nature would be printed in this paper. As someone that has been coaching at Mesa for the last 17 years, I can say that our coaches do a fine job of trying to get press out for our individual sports, even without the Sports Information Director help that many Southern California Community Colleges have.
