Hi, my name's Yanessa. This is my first semester at Mesa and I'm a writer for The Mesa Press. I lived in San Diego for 3 years when I was younger and returned in 2010 due to an active duty parent. I hope to pursue journalism as a major when I hopefully attend a university in the fall as well as to one day work for a big name newspaper. I'm only 17 but I have my future goals set and hope to achieve them!
