Crime Report Update – September 2015

On campus Incidents:

  • 09/01 at 7:15 p.m. I-100 building – Petty Theft
    • Bicycle stolen from victim after locking it on a bike rack at 8:00 a.m. No known suspects. Victim has not seen his bike since 8 a.m. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/02 at 12:31 p.m. on Mesa College Dr. – Illegal Parking
    • 2 vehicles blocking parent drop off. No known suspects, gone on arrival. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/04 at 10:07 a.m. on Mesa College Dr. – Hit and Run Non-injury Report
    • Eye witness reported a hit and run from previous day at approximately10:30 a.m. No known suspects. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/04 at11:06 a.m. on Mesa College Dr. – Smoker on Campus
    • Officer initiated activity on Mesa College Dr. He gave verbal warning to smoker. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/10 at 1:17 p.m. on Mesa College Dr. – Illegal Parking
    • Officer initiated citation to a vehicle parked in disabled parking with no PLACARD. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/14 at 8:40 a.m. at Tennis Courts – Skateboarders
    • Officer initiated activity at tennis courts. Citation issued to skateboarders. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/16 at 10:56 a.m. at M lot on Mesa College Dr. – Illegal Parking
    • Officer issued multiple citations to vehicles parked in staff lots, no descriptions. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/16 at 1:06 p.m. next to H 109-111 building on Mesa College Dr. – Petty Theft
    • Bike stolen Monday night by bookstore from bike rack. No witnesses or known suspects. Model of bike is GIANT brand. Estimated value of bike is $650. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/17 at 3:43 p.m. at Q-100 building on Mesa College Dr. – Hit and Run Non-Injury
    • Damage to side mirror and door. No known suspects. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/17 at 2:24 at Q-100 building on Mesa College Dr. – Hit and Run Non-Injury
    • Damage on driver’s side. Victim said last seen at noon with no damage. No known suspects or witnesses. Incident referred to SDPD.
  • 09/21 at 5:35 a.m. in K building on Mesa College Dr. – Disturbance
    • Male adult wearing multi-colored shirt tried to attack custodian. Last seen by the library heading towards A building. Incident referred to SDPD.
