Layla Dayton is a second year journalism student at Mesa College. She has lived in San Diego all her life and hopes to transfer to a 4-year university after receiving her associates degree from Mesa College. She aims to write impactful stories about environmental conservationism and federal politics. In her free time, she enjoys all things nerdy, macabre, and esoteric, from table-top role-playing games to radical politics.
Sonia Lee is second year journalism student at San Diego Mesa College. She plans on getting her degree, and is interested in research and reporting on technology and economics. Apart from her studies, she enjoys hiking, going to the gym, reading, video games, and creating music.
